Nowadays, it is argued that whether it is better to work in a job that is unsatisfying but pays well or to work in a job that pays well but pays poorly. According to Bustle magazine, while the majority of people believe that having a high-paying job would be beneficial to their lives, 64% of millennials disagree. But, in my opinion, I'd rather assume the majority opinion for such following reasons. There are various reasons why people should take unfortunate employment but have a high salary rather than an ideal job for inadequate income. In fact, money plays an important role in our life in the world, that is why people cannot live without it. Many people in the world are facing financial difficulties these days, but well-paying work can cover all of an employee's monthly expenses. In contrast, if workers have a rewarding job but little compensation, they may be pushed or forced into debt since they do not have enough funds to pay their expenditures. Furthermore, this might lead to other difficulties in their lives, such as family problems or the loss of connections. Additionally, it is impossible to deny that running a business is easier for someone in good health or with a lot of money. For instance, some Vietnamese start-ups who before haven’t got enough finance to open their cooperative but with their passion and patience that lead to a successful result. Before owning the chain of restaurants, a man used to work as an accountant for a smaller

However, he persisted in that position for about a decade because of the attractive salary until he saved enough that he needs to archive his dream. Through this story, we realize that employees cannot take pleasure in their careers, but we can use those careers to earn money and make them such an instrument to meet our achievements or our dreams. At last, if workers choose a higher-paying job, they will not only be able to earn a decent living, but they will also be able to demonstrate some character. Even though they are not prepared to fulfill their duty, they must do it every day. This can aid in their development of responsibility and patience, which are both necessary for being the owner of a start-up or anything else they want to be in the future. Besides that, they know how to remain calm and come up with solutions in the case of an emergency, and they can even further develop the skills that their work provides. The occupations may have a good impact on their personal lives, such as assisting families in paying expenses, raising their living standards, and much more. Consequently, they will be stronger and able to easily achieve what they deserve if they overcome and pass all of the difficulties. To summarize, having the ideal job can make people feel comfortable, happy, or passionate, but the pay is insufficient for the amount of time and effort we devote to that employment. A dull work with a decent income, on the other hand, might provide a wealth of opportunities for people to solve difficulties in their lives and overcome their limitations, allowing them to improve day after day.
