VIII. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of this project will be the chosen five (5) families of Barangay Bolbok, Batangas City. IX.
Total Cost of the Project The estimated cost of the project is 7,000.00 including all the expenses needed for the small business they need as part of the adoption period.

Rationale of the Project First thing that the group will do is to communicate with the barangay officials of Brgy. Bolbok Batangas City and present the said project. Afterwards, the group shall make an inclusion criteria on what kind of families will they adopt and present it to the officials. Upon the barangay officials’ recommendation, the group shall proceed to the families and ensure that they acquired the criteria. Through these steps, the group will have an insight on how the project will go through and will be motivated to push it through. Many families does not acquire enough needs to their everyday living and how can they contribute to the improvement of the community if their own family is not on the right path? Through this project, simple learning can be taught to small families to gain big change in the community.

Objectives The main objective of this project is to help families in need to improve their living in terms of Health, Education, Business and to be satisfied with the quality of their life. This project aims to educate those who are incapable of learning in their schools and to share knowledge that can help them in the everyday scenarios of life. Through this project, the basic unit of the community will be enhanced and as the result it will be a great contribution to the development of the country.

Description of the Project, Strategies, and Methods/ Plan of Action The group will be separated to another five (5) subgroups. There will be a group assigned to each family and the activities in need to be done during the whole schedule for the project are the following: 1. Personality Development Activities 2. Health Related lecture and activities (hygiene, etc) 3. Cooking Lessons 4. Arts and Crafts/ Handicrafts making 5. Basic Reading and Writing for kids 6. Business related lecture and Activities 7. Recreational Activities/ sports
The project merely aims to teach some tips and tricks to life by means of better health, good source of income and an enjoyable life. The group would want to inspire the families to engage more to what they can do to have a better living and satisfaction. The group believes that every orderliness that we expect in the community must start within the family.

Functional Relationships in Collaborating Agencies/ Duties/ Responsibilities of Agencies Involved Each and every member of the team will work hand in hand to make this project happen. Every individual will have an assigned task to deal with and everyone must be equal of the tasks assigned. There will be good speakers that can conduct the lecture, there can be people that can manage the business related activities and other more. Every tasks given will be aligned to the skills they are comfortable with.
XV.
Monitoring and Evaluating Mechanics Everything needed for every Saturday must be assigned and discussed well during meetings before conducting it. It must be assigned ahead of time. All of the things needed must be monitored well by the persons in charge of the specific tasks. Since the project has different aspects, leaders on each aspects must be well knowledgeable on handling everything about it. The group believes that proper communication and well interpretation of thoughts is important in making this project a success.
The group believes that in order for the families to be better after the project, the class must be well cooperative and well motivated on how helpful this project will be for the community. XVI. Plans for Ensuring the Sustainability of the Project After inhibiting the project, the class will not stop it after the 18 day adoption. Representative from the class must monitor the improvements of the families in terms of all the aspects taught during the adoption. The class must ensure that the families’ business is still on going and their way of living is different than they are before the class conducted the project.
