Description (Summary) The study focused on the relationship between the CKM and the project performance. The results revealed that the most critical component in achieving project success is having the right knowledge and skills to effectively communicate with the customers and minimize the risk of over-estimating the budget and delay the project. The analysed results revealed that the key factors influencing project performance are strategic agility and chief knowledge management (CKMC). The study also revealed that strategic agility has a significant impact on project performance.
