Nestle’s organization is divided into 3 types of management which are, top-level management, middle-level management, and low-level management. For the first, top-level management. It carries a board of directors, leader executive, or handling director. They are the primary ones to lead the corporation and broaden its organizational structure. They also are roles as management for a corporation and regularly satisfy a motivational position similarly to the office-primarily based work. The top management is the final delivery of authority, they manipulate targets and policies for an initiative. They commit greater time to plan and coordinating functions. Other than that, we can summarize the role of top management as follows. Top organizational control regulations will set objectives. The problems they face are the most important for the construction of subdivision procedures, schedules, and budgets. It may even rent the government to the valuable level, for example, branch managers. Not most effective that, it coordinates and controls the sports activities of all of the departments. It is also answerable for maintaining contact with the outside world. The top management is also responsible to the stockholders for the general overall performance of the initiative. Besides that, the middle level of management, which includes department managers and branch managers. They are responsible to the top management for the operative of their branch. They devote greater time to direct and organizational functions. Their function may be highlighted as, implementing the organizational plan following the guidelines and directives of superiors.
