Dear Mr. Kalani, First and foremost, on behalf of our company I wanted to thank you and Autjor for working with us to develop Sparkit. Since its inception we knew that Autojor would be the right company for the job, and we could not be happier with our decision. As you know, we’ve announced to our stakeholders and the general public of our intent to go full force with our production of Sparkit. Our company is now operating under our fiscal assumptions for the upcoming year, and it is critical that we maintain a healthy production line in all aspects of operations. Naturally, there is a cause for concern with the announcement of your production plant. As you know, this production plant accounts for 25% of our anticipated inventory for the upcoming fiscal year. The consequences of not meeting 25% of our inventory are extremely significant. We want to work with you to determine the best solution to this issue. While we have no control over your operational needs, we are willing to work with you to ensure that our contractual agreement is met. It would be extremely disappointing to have to seek a new vendor for the production of Sparkit’s filters. With that being said, I’d like to suggest that we have manufacturing plants 1, 2, and 3 take into account the first two quarter deliveries that plant 4 was intended to deliver. If our assumptions are correct, plant 4 should be able to come back into operation no later than Q3 of next year in which it should have less of a load considering all 4 plants are operational and would have already delivered half of a full year’s worth of delivery. I am confident your team can make this happen. I am assigning one of my project managers to work closely with you to ensure that he communicates any needs you may have that we may be able to accommodate.
