PART C

1.Title of the project The Colours of Education

2.Location of the project Tadika Johan Ceria, No 3, Jalan Kesuma 7, Bandar Tasik Kesuma, 43700 Beranang, Selangor Darul Ehsan

3.Background of the community This kindergarten first started operating on 15th February 2002 under Miss Margret Michael, the fou kindergarten there are more than 150 students in total which includes 4, 5 and also 6 years old. The students of e separate classes depending on their assessments. 4 years old students are all placed in one class, called Seaho are separated into three different classes, namely Penguin 1, Penguin 2 and Penguin 3. Whereas the 6 years old classes called Dolphin 1, Dolphin 2 and Dolphin 3. But during this Covid-19 pandemic, the kindergarten is o 100-120 students in total due to strict SOP. Hence, the number of classes has been reduced. In my project, I am o of students from the 5 years old class called Dolphin 1. This project which is located at Semenyih where the kin neighborhood area makes it easier and more convenient for the students to access the kindergarten. Most of th teachers live close to the kindergarten which makes their travelling much easier and feel more secure to e kindergarten.

4.Justification for conducting the project for the selected community There are many reasons for the justifications of this cause to be thought to the students. i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi)

Gives them much awareness on the Covid-19 situation and their surroundings Gain insight and further understanding regarding the importance of education for their future Able to pique their interest in what they’re learning Excite the students through creative learning Empowers students and teachers to express their opinions and ideas in unique ways To plant a seed of dreams into the hearts of students through communications

These justifications are fair enough and could be proven through several interesting activities I will cond Awareness on the Covid-19 could be instilled into the students through the Kahoot online quiz regarding the pa of education could be firmly established into the students via creative learning such as colouring competition games.
