Final Task: Composition.

This is Lorena Romero. She is an expert in healthy eating and personal trainer. She is the author of some books. She has written, “My resurrected breasts” and “Geraniums in winter”. She has been helped people eat right and do exercise since she graduated from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2005. She says that most people are concerned about their health they think that having a healthy life is more important than anything else and she agrees. She says that the key to having a healthy life is to balance your diet and exercise. If people really want to keep healthy, they frequently eat healthy food, such as vegetable soup, grilled chicken with vegetable, quinoa salad with chicken and chicken stewed with lots of vegetables, to mention but a few, because they are full of eating and drinking water also plays an important role. She recommends to drink two liters of water because helps in digestion and prevents constipation. It seems that something has been forgotten but not. She also advises to play sports such as volley, soccer game and swimming. Doing exercises is also a good idea for squats, push-ups and sit-ups, to mention but a few. It seems kind of impossible to stick to these recommendations, but it is just a matter of willpower. Lorena Romero, lastly, says if one follows these recommendations, one can indulge oneself with some fried chicken with fries and chocolate cake once or twice a month.

Conversation Interviewer: Good morning / afternoon / evening! If you are worried about your health, you shouldn’t miss this interview. We have a special guest. Let’s give a warm welcome to LORENA ROMERO. Interviewee: Good morning everybody, my name is Lorena Romero,

I am an aesthetic nutritionist and today we will talk about the importance of having a healthy life with a good diet. Interviewer What are the most important things in your life? Interviewee: The most important things for me is to have a very healthy life, because I will be able to achieve the great goals that I have for the future in the professional and personal environment. Interviewer: what is your favorite climate to exercise? Interviewee: I usually exercise more in the summer, because I really like the sun and being able to go running in the park. Interviewer: What is the sport that you practice the most in summer? Interviewee: I practice swimming during the summer, because it is the most complete exercise that we can have in the whole body, we can move the arms, legs and head. Interviewer: what do you do in your free time? Interviewee: In my free time I like to go visit my parents and go shopping with them, sometimes we stay at home talking. Interviewer: What are the foods that help us lose weight? Interviewee: The foods that help you lose weight are vegetables, fruits, nuts, eggs and fish. It is also very important to exercise 4 times a week. Interviewer: What drink would you recommend, drink a lot of water or some other drink to lose weight? Interviewee: You should be on a diet, eat vegetables, fruits and nuts and low carbohydrates Interviewer: What drink would you recommend, drink a lot of water or some other drink to lose weight?

Interviewee: You should drink plenty of water, at least 3 liters a day. No drink makes you lose weight Interviewer: What exercises do you recommend to lose weight? Interviewee: Playing a sport is very important. But they can do squats, situps, go for a run or long jumps Interviewer: Is it difficult to maintain a healthy life? Interviewee: No, everything is willpower, it is important to clarify that not only for static but for health Interviewer: In our population, we have many young people who are already overweight at a young age, what can you tell us about this? Interviewee: It is a problem, parents must be attentive to the development and feeding of their children
