2) WRITTING: Introduction The aim of this report, after a survey carried out in different departments, is to expose some of de issues that we discovered, and make some recommendations. Concerning matters According to the decrease in the demand of cars because of de economic global slowdown, the company has decided to merge with General Motors industry, which lead to thousands of jobs losses. As a matter of fact, because of the situation, the staff morale is low because of the uncertain future in the company. Consequently, the Human Resources department employees are suffering from stress because they will have to make their colleagues redundant. And finally, the marketing department is thinking of launching a campaign to increase sales. Recommendations Is it highly advisable to make quick decisions about the future of the company, so we can give an overview to the staff and make their morale rise, and keep them calm. Is it highly advisable to give psychological support to the Human Resources department employees, so they can be prepared to face their tasks. Finally, its planed that marketing department is thinking of launching a campaign to increase sales, so my advice is to qualify the staff in order to make an exceptional campaign and give de consumers a good opportunity to trust on our company.

3) LISTENING COMPREHENSION: The listening was about a few subjects such as the change they made in the girls work routine, that she has to start working on Saturdays from next month, and nobody has explained her why that was necessary. He explained her that they needed to work on Saturdays to give information about the new products and answers some questions about them. After that she suggested to have a meeting with all the members of the department to know what they think and get ideas of how to improve things. He agreed but said that they didn’t have enough room for everybody....
