Subway Inc INTRODUCTION We appreciate you choosing Subway and we hope your meal was enjoyable. Here at Subway our customers mean a great deal to us. We would love your feedback on your experience today by filling out a short survey. Description: Briefly describe the brand, product or service you chose. Subway is a fast food restaurant franchise that sells items such as subs, sandwiches and salads. Subway allows for customization of subs with specified meat, cheese, vegetables etc. Subway markets their brand as a fresh and healthy alternative to most fast-food restaurants. With over 42,000 stores in 100 countries, Subway’s market is global. Measurement Description: State which one of the five constructs (in 1) that you chose and provide a definition of that construct from which all of your measurement items are Determined. This survey main goal is to determine the degree to which a customer consistently purchases Subway compared to brands similar to it. Brand loyalty is one of the biggest factors in a successful business. The survey will ask 5 questions about yourself which will help with background information for this study. The survey will also ask 5 questions about your loyalty to Subway. Time to complete is an estimated 4 minutes. (All answers are kept confidential and this survey is completely optional)
