Chairperson : Ok. Ravisara, let me introduce other colleagues. This is Thannatthaphan Sinthiraman , the R&D Chemist Supervisor. This is Chompupan Iamkeaw, the Packaging Design Supervisor and this is Thunwalan Jansuk, the Advertising Supervisor. My name is Prattana Trakoolpooridech, the Managing Director. We're here today to discuss three main points about the company's financial condition, the development of product's quality, and the profit maximization. First, let's go over the report from the last meeting which was held on August 15th . Thannatthaphan, please summarize the main points of the last meeting. Thannatthaphan : Thank you, boss. From the last meeting, we discussed the target group, the package of product, and the product price. It can be concluded that the target group is teenagers aging between 16 and 25 years old. Secondly, the package of product should be changed into a modern and attractive package. Finally, the product price shouldn't be over 500 baht. Otherwise, it's too expensive for our target group's purchasing power. Chairperson : The feedback of the product from the target group was very great. The financial condition at present will be shortly summarized by Ravisara. Ravisara : Thank you, boss. Let me just sum up the overview of the company's financial condition. As I have studied information about product's sales, they decreased constantly from August to October. After we look at a bar chart, we will see August's sales reduced by 20%. In September, it fell down with 25%, and in October, it became lower with 30% respectively. Chairperson : Thank you Ravisara. So, we have a big plan to develop the product's quality in order to increase profits to our company. However, the target group remains consistent. Let's talk about the development of product's quality, especially the improvement of quality of ingredients. It'll be explained by Thannatthaphan. Thannatthaphan : The former key formula of ingredients consists of Aqua (water), Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate and Glycerin. But the new formula is added to Butylene glycol and UV Protection SPF 50 PA +++. Butylene glycol is safe as used in cosmetics products. It has the ability to add moisture to the skin. The quality of UV Protection helps to protect the skin from Sun's UV. Chairperson : Can you clarify the term of Butylene glycol? Thannathaphan : Yes, Butylene glycol is an organic molecule with two alcohol groups, used in cosmetics as a humectant to bind moisture and hold water to the skin.
