2) What are the two main concepts that your team is having difficulty understanding and why? Why are you finding each one difficult to understand? 1.When the authors talk about acting on your value to solve the problem, they make it seem pretty easy to balance between things and you can make everything as perfect as possible just by acting on value. But in real life situation, there’s something that’s can’t coexist but at the same time you want them both. And both of them is consistent with your value. So how can you make a choice just by acting on value? 2.I don’t really understand what it means to label our inner experience. Does it mean that we need to identify what’s inside our mind is a thought or a feeling or an idea? Or does it mean that we need to think of more specifically, putting it in a the real situation? 3) Pose one question to the author. This should not be an area of confusion, but instead it should be an area of curiosity. The answer to this question should go beyond the scope of today’s readings. If necessary, explain why your team is curious about this point. How will we know that we are good enough at the emotional agility skills but self-evaluating? It’s there any certain kinds of standards that we can refer to?...
