Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire – Self Assessment Gerald Miller Introduction The Leader EQ-s Self provides the opportunity for you to construct a summary of your own perceptions of your EQ-s by indicating the extent to which you agree that each statement accurately describes the way you think, feel, or act in the capacity of a leader, most of the time and in most situations. There are no”right” or “wrong” answers and no “good” or “bad” choices; the rating that best describes you is the correct answer! Answer openly and honestly by indicating how you actually are, not how you would like to be or how you would like others to think of you. Instructions Read each other the forty – eight statements below and decided to what extent it applies to you. For each statement, tick on the response that best applies, using the following scale.
