Layout tersebut tidak bisa asal memilih sepihak saja, melainkan dari seluruh jajaran agar memiliki kesan yang sepadan dengan apa yang diinginkan baik itu pegawai maupun nasabah. Lokasipun tidak bisa sembarang memilih tempat dilihat dari berbagai kebutuhan pasar agar tidak terjadi kerugian yang diinginkan. Serta pertimbangan sebuah lokasi pun ada cara tersendiri mulai melihat dari sisi jumlah pesaing maupun dekat dengan sebuah pabrik atau pasar tersendiri yang dimana lokasi tersebut sangat membutuhkan jasa sebuah bank. Pertimbangan sebuah layout juga harus memiliki standarisasinya tersendiri mulai dari segi bentuk suatu gedung dan kenyamanan nasabah.
