PORK RIB SAUCE INGREDIENTS 

500g Pork rib.



Two cups of water.



7 hot chili peppers.



5 tomatoes.



A pinch of salt or garlic salt.

DIRECTIONS 1.- In a pot, put the pork rib over medium heat and cover the pot. 2.- Then stir for 8 minutes until golden brown with its own fat and add salt. 3.- Put the chilies and tomatoes in a saucepan with water until it boils. 4.- Mix the chilies and tomatoes in the blender and add a little garlic salt. 5.- Put the previous sauce in the pot to mix with the rib and let it rest for 10 minutes over low heat....
