Slide 1: What Is Our Company Purpose Ensure our team players provide passionate, friendly high quality products and services to all our customers while maintaining team morale, efficiency and productivity. Increase employee satisfaction from 4% to 8% within 90 days of effective team changes adding additional value, productivity and work efficiency. Slide 2: Leadership Solutions Issue: Current team does not have trust in their leadership to lead or follow Solution: Show your team who you are. I want my team to know they are a piece to the big puzzle. We all have a place and each placement has value. Build a leadership slide informing them of who I am and how “we” as a team plan on following and leading as needed. Set one on one meetings, get to know each other. Slide 3: Followership Solutions Issue: Past leadership did not allow team players to lead when needed. Solution: Be a follower when needed. Be a leader when needed. Know the difference. Help the team understand and know their “WHY”. Why do they do what they do? How do we fit? Slide 4: Communication Solutions Issue: Team does not receive effective communication from/to all channels. Current channels consists of grapevine and water cooler discussions. Solution: Streamline communication to/from leadership to team players include side to side team communication. Set up flexible meeting times to accommodate all team players colocated and within site. Utilize email, face to face video conferencing such as Teams, Skype and GroupMe. Provide team players ability to discuss strategic planning and organizing within and outside of team environment. Collaboration with other team members is key to our ideas, products and success. Slide 5: Organizational & Planning Solutions Issue: Decisions are often made at the VP level. Some decisions must be timely and with the knowledge and skills utilized by the team where most vulnerable decisions must be made. Solution: Make decisions at department levels with a back-brief to VP levels. This will buy ownership from the team and help them feel valued and accountable. This will help build trust and self-esteem for our team. As a leader it is my responsibility to answer to leadership above me and I will do that with top cover for my team. Slide 6: Performing Solutions Issue: Productivity and morale are low. Solution: Build overall team process and effectiveness. Gain team buy-in on the departments weaknesses and strengths. Team can provide brief of solutions and goal. Once we have alignment with overall company goals gear to execution. Gain emotional trust and performance will follow.

Slide 7: Rational Decision Making Model Issue: Appears to be no firm decision making model utilized as previous leadership just did as they felt. Solution: Use decision making model that team can relate to. Identify issues and follow steps to gain solutions. Brain storm with team on issues, possible solutions, planning, executing and implementing decisions.
