awareness for them as well. It will be owned and financed by Apolinaria Jumawan. The proprietor is willing to sustain and risk

success
of
the

Furthermore,
the
proposed business will have promotional strategies and will satisfy wider market for the sustainability and growth of the business. The business believes that the product will significantly have an impact on the health of the customers.
Product Description
The
company
offers
the
Squashylicious
Churros.
“Squashylicious” is a combination of the words Squashy and Delicious. Squashy pertains to the main ingredient of the product which is the squash. While the word delicious means having a pleasant taste. Squash is one of the most versatile and
delicious
foods
available
throughout
the
world.
According to a recent research, it packs a serious punch in terms of health and medicinal benefits. Different varieties of squash have the ability to improve vision, aid in skin care, strengthen the immune system, prevent cancer, manage symptoms
of
diabetes,
build
strong
bones,
protect
heart
health, and reduce the symptoms of insomnia. Churro is a fried-dough pastry – predominantly choux-based snack. It is a kind of Mexican fritter that brings bliss in every bite of the customers. The ordinary Churros that we know has been innovated to a healthy and unique one by adding shredded squash. The proposed product has health benefits due mainly to the squash which is rich in antioxidant carotenoid and is a good source of Vitamin C, magnesium, and other compounds that are essential for the body. Squashylicious Churros
Step 1: Prepare all the raw ingredients needed in making the product as well as the materials and the utensils needed. Step 2: Peel the squash and slice it into cubes. Boil it in a casserole for 10 minutes. Step 3:
Shred the boiled squash.
Step 4: To make the churros, add 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of butter, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoonful of sugar to a medium pan and heat over medium to high heat. Stir occasionally until it boils for 5 minutes. Step 5: Add 1 can of condensed milk and 1 cup of flour. Stir to form dough. Step 6: Put it in a container until it cools. Add 2 eggs one at a time. Stir it well until the dough is smooth and satiny. Step 7: Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze to form heart-shaped churros. Step 8: Deep fry. Step 9: Coat the squash churros with powdered chocolate milk.
