Describe a product or service that you feel is well designed and one that is poorly designed. Discuss what attributes you felt were good and bad. What would you do to improve the poorly designed product? Hello Professor Michel and Classmates, A product that I have been using for the last year that has really helped me with my mask acne is the Ordinary line of serums and creams. The packaging is very simple and most of the serums come in glass bottles. I have had to do some learning about what products in their line cannot mix, and that I do not need to use a lot of product at one time. This product is has worked really well for me because I do not have to spend a lot of money, and its website is very easy to understand what products can be used together. I know that this is very potent stuff, and if I did not know how to use it I could hurt my face. A product that I do not think was well designed is vertical vinyl blinds. I have these awful things in my apartment for the two sliding doors. I cannot stand that the hooks at the top of the blinds is not designed well enough to withstand people opening and closing the blinds. We have been in this apartment for one year and have already lost half the blinds on it. The only reason I have them up is that I have nowhere to put them once they are down, and I am using them to help add another level to keep the heat out. I do understand that these are cheap and work for the sliding door, but why do apartments set us up for frailer. They have to know that they will not work long term....
