the learner’s development. The question in the My Analysis portion of this learning episode can help you. Recommendations Write you recommendations

My Analysis Your findings and recommendations in the Learner Development Profile will help you to answer the questions here.

1. From the school visit and interview, what do you think is the style of the parenting experienced by the learner? Explain your answer. I think the style of parenting that being implemented to the learners is fair and not so very good. Since there are little good performers in the class, I think their parents never guide them well for their educational needs.

2. Relating your data with what you learned from child development, what family factors do you think contribute of the development and over-all adjustment of the learner in school?

If the parents supports their children on their educational needs, for sure the children will perform well better than others. It can motivate a child to be a good performer at school because they knew within their selves that they his parents is always at his back in danger or in victory. 3. Does the communication between the home-school have an effect on the learner? If yes, what are these affects? Yes. Because education begins at home. Parents were always the best teacher of their children. It is good that parents should be responsible and vigilant enough to guide their children into a better education.

My Reflections 1. Reflect on your own development as a child. What type of parenting did you experienced? How did it affect you? When I was a child and until now, I am not guided by my parents in my assignments, projects and other school activities. This molded me to work independently without their help. My parents were always busy with their work and this nurtured me to just support my own self.

2. As a future teacher, how would you establish goof home-school collaboration? How can you work well with the parents? How can you help them? Parent has an important role in their child’s learning development. )f ) will become a teacher someday, I will choose to call up the attention of every parents and have a seminar in regards to their children’s needs: psychologically and emotionally.
