Greece Greece is such a captivating place to visit, with an incredibly rich culture and history. It’s located in southeast of Europe, at the crossroads of Europe, Asia and Africa. Its population is of over 11 million and the official language is Greek but English is the most widely spoken foreing language. The weather of Greece is Mediterranean with summers that are usually hot and dry, and the winters that can be quiet cold and wet. The most touristics cities are Athens, overflows with Greek culture and is filled such a spectacular sites like the Parthonon and the Temple of Zeus. Another beautiful place is Santorini, it is the diamond of the Aegean, you can take a dip in the turquoise water that is so incredible and dine in the fine restaurants. Also visit Zakynthos, the most beautiful spots in the whole of Mediterranean. White sandy beaches and huge Chalk-white cliffs, all give Zakynthos its signature beauty. World widely know for its unique and multidimensional nightlife, Greece is an ideal destination for those who want to have fun, leaving stress and problems behind. Greek nights last longer, offering unforgettable moments, therefore Greece is always fun wherever you go, for exemple, you can have such a wonderful time at luxury hotel, bars, dance at near to the beaches, also enjoy listening to ethic, rock, latin and Greek music. There’s a festival for everything in Greece. One of the most spectacular and interesting festival is ‘’Easter in corfu’’. It’s on Easter Sunday. People hurl clay pots from their windows and balconies. In the evening there is a catholic preocessions through the island by marching bands, while spectators line the candle-lit streets. The traditional dishes of Greece its Mousakás, it’s a typical cake made with vegetables, potatoes and aubergine (eggplant). Also the Spanakopita, this plate is a spinach pie and feta cheese. And Taramosalata, it’s a salad prepared with fish roe....
