Attention getter: Between 1976 and 2008 the amount of plastic thrown out worldwide increased by 500 per cent.

Transition to Body: The plastic is one of the most use product in the world. In the last year the production of it had increased a lot.

Body I.

Main Point: Is a product that is used to for a lot of things in the world but when it is thrown into the sea form a garbage patch. A. Consequences of the plastic in the world. 1.It takes a lot of time to biodegrade. 2.It forms the patches.

B. All the uses of the material and why it affects us. 1. Produce bottles and other things. 2. In the process of biodegrade, it can reduce to small particles.

(Transition to Second Main Point): Actually, there are some ways to fix this problem and clean the oceans. II.

Second Main Point: Reduce the use of plastic and clean the lands. A. Reduce the use of plastic 1. We don’t increase the size of the land 2. Save life for the animals.

B. Clean the lands 1. An expedition to the pacific patch by researchers update us about it. 2. finding smalls and large piece of plastic.

(Transition to Third Main Point) Its not a good scene for us but a company called The ocean cleanup has a viable solution. III.

It’s a barrier that would trap the plastic. 2Rrecycling the plastic and give the company some earnings.

B. The study 1. the company made an study about the project 2.This project can start in 2020 and in 10 years can clean the 50% of the pacific patch.

Transition: The project of the company is going to clean the ocean and with the plastic it will collect, can reduce the cost of it.
