First Main Point: Exercise comes in many forms, there is aerobic, strengthen and stretching. A. Running, bicycling, swimming, tennis, and cross-country skiing are the most common in aerobic exercise. B. Resistance exercise is the most common in strengthen exercise. C. Yoga is the most common in aerobic exercise. Transition Statement: Now that we have talked about the different types of exercise let’s jump into the benefits exercise has in the state of mind.
