COM 1040 Informative Presentation Topic Proposal (5 pts.)

Overview: All students are required to submit an informative speech topic proposal to describe what they would like to research for their informative presentation. Topic proposals are mandatory/required in order to move forward with the other phases of the informative presentation (the informative outline/reference page and the presentation itself). Approval Process: I will notify you via drop-box if your submission has been approved OR if it needs editing. Failure to submit a topic proposal will result in a grade of 0. Directions: 

For the purposes of this assignment, steer clear of topics that may be offensive and or extremely controversial (EX: abortion, etc.). We never know what experiences our fellow classmates bring to class. If you are second guessing if that applies to you, chances are you might want to change/tweak your direction or include more than one proposal. Please e-mail me if you are unsure and or would like clarification and guidance.



Your topic proposal must center around an informative topic that is relevant to your classroom community.



Research requirements – 2 quality sources minimum.

3. Which informative organizational pattern will you be following? Review the chapter if necessary. Specify here: *EXAMPLE: Topical, chronological, etc. The informative organizational pattern that I will be following will be Topical. I will be presenting about the history, present and future prospect of Artificial Intelligence. I will be presenting with different sub topis so it will be topical. 4. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a simulation of natural intelligence displayed by human beings in machines capable of thinking like humans and performing actions such as problem-solving Artificial Intelligence is emerging as the main force of emerging technologies and will revolutionize technological innovation in the future.

5. Describe how your topic is informative in nature: My topic will discuss about the history and the future of Artificial Intelligence. AI has impacted in almost every sector possible from education, healthcare, transportation, security, automation, media, customer service, et cetera. My informative topic will discuss and inform the audience how AI evolved throughout the years, it’s impacts and the promise that it holds in the future.

b. Main Point 2: Today with the expansion in the cutting-edge technology, we can find AI programs dominating in major domain of our life and has changed how we use technology c.
