Interviewer Background Information My name is SAMEER CHANDRA RAVULA, I am the Human Resources Manager here at Capital Power Corporation. I have been working in this Role for over 5 years. Before working for the Capital Power. I studied Post Graduate program in Human Resources at Conestoga College. Soon after graduating the Human Resources course I wrote the Certified Human Resources Professional designation, which has gotten me to this point in my career thus far.

Company Background Information As you know from the job application you have applied to, we are currently seeking a Quality Control Manager for our Power Generation Station. Our Company Vision is to be recognized as one of North America’s most respected, reliable, and competitive power generators. Our Mission, is the development, acquisition, construction, operation, and optimization of large-scale, fuel-diverse, cost-effective power generation facilities in North America. Job role/Purpose: Your role would be to Co‐ordinate all activities required to direct and control process quality. Review process quality referring data sheets quality requirements for the process flow, to ensure those requirements are understood and implemented to manage the quality and efficiency of the boiler and the budget.

In closing the there are a total of 8 candidates being interviewed for the Quality Control Manager role. There are a few more interviews that will be conducted through out next week and then the decision process will begin. The final candidates of this portion of the application process will be contacted by phone by the third week in November. The final round of candidates will be then asked to complete a psychology evaluation with our psychologist. All applicants that were unfortunately not give the Quality Control Manager role at this current time will be notified by email. I thank you for your interest in this Quality Control Manager role  
