Our company decided to name our company to “Mangomoto”. We came up to this name since our product will be mango. We will be having Mango float and also mango itself with shrimp paste. We came to “Mangomoto” from the words, “Mango mo ito”. 1.2 Address of the Business 1.2.1 Location of the Business

Figure 1. Location of the Business The business have chosen to locate their store in Circuit Makati which is located at Riverfront Drive, AP Reyes St, Barangay Carmona, 1207 Makati. The business chose Circuit Makati since there are a lot of people going there which can give their business a great opportunity to be known and also their product is perfect for the chill atmosphere of the place. The store will operate on Mondays to Fridays and the time will depend on mall hours.

1.3 Name of the Owner/Owners: The name of the owners of this company are Marinel Allyson Baladad, Kathlleen Joyce Camo, Azalea Loma, Maureen Mendooza, Caren Moreno, Jaymie Perez, Andrea Gail Reyes and Erica Ricote.

1.4 Description of the Business Mangomoto provides its customers a satisfying taste by having their mango float. The business’ products are made of mangoes, mango ice cream, grahams, condensed milk for the mango graham shake.

1.5 Company Logo

The business has chosen to make their logo in a circle shape which represents unity, commitment, love or community which are connected to the business in which the employers and employees will be united and committed to achieve the business’ mission, vision and its goals. They will also give their love for the business and for the community which will be their consumers. Also, they chose red, yellow and green for the logo’s colors. First is red which can help the business to attract the consumer’s attention. Also, red also increase appetite which can be helpful since the business is in food industry. Next is yellow which is aside from the product will be made of mango, yellow symbolizes happiness, friendliness and a positive vibe for the business. Lastly is the color green for the business being an eco-friendly business since they will use eco-friendly materials for their products. Aside from earning, the business also makes sure that they will help to maintain an eco-friendly environment for everyone.

Lastly, the business chose to put their tagline “Everyday is Mangonificent” that the business will make sure to provide for the consumers.

1.6 Funding requirements and Sources The business will make a bank loan to provide for their capital as they start the business. They will use this loan to their small business and also for the starting supplies, equipment and ingredients for the business. The business chose to make load from the bank in order for them to fund their whole capital needed in opening the business.

Mangomoto is a business wherein our ingredients for this are mango, condense, grahams, whipped cream and etc. and our products would be manufactured by the market place. They will deliver the product to the business in order for it to be prepared by the workers and be used by the customer for customizing.

2.4.1 Maintain a competitive advantage 1. Mangomoto competitive edge, compared to the other shake stall is mango moto have a significantly higher quality, better tasting mango shake product. Mango moto current location can be arguably to be considered the best in the market because many students nowadays like sweets. 2. Mangomoto have a fresher and sweeter mango than the other competitors Mango moto offer good quality of shake but only for a cheaper price that will satisfy the customers taste and budget. Mango moto are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services and quality of our product and capabilities by applying to all projects we undertake. 3. Mangomoto is unique since it’s originated from Philippines. There are limited food/desert stores only in the Philippines which offered

Mango Graham shake. In addition, our product is mostly contains of nutritious ingredients which is beneficial to consumers and for those who are on diet and want to eat something sweet.

2.4.2 Position the business in the market Our competitors would also sell their products at Circuit Makati. Consumers will have difficulty to choose food products since there are many near businesses that sell also. Some companies position themselves as affordable option for consumers to sell their low priced goods. This strategy works because most potential customers are students and employees and other people who are shopping at that time who look for affordability. It is the mission of Mango moto to provide a new and existing customers superior service with the highest level of quality. Our Mango moto stall produce great quality of shakes with fresh and sweet mangoes that will definitely satisfy the customers. Nowadays mango graham shake is popular with teenagers craving for something sweet. We also have a cheaper price with good quality of shake than our competitors. Mango moto in the market is competing on quality instead of price. Mango moto will provide good quality of services and good quality of shakes for the customers.

2.4.3 Improve Market Share Although there are competitors in this market, by introducing to the customers the good quality of our product. We will introduce to the customers how sure we are that they will be satisfied. Our business market will be focusing on our customer service and marketing efforts on retaining customers and by using our core competences to attract and gain customers to our product. Mangomoto Company will have a unique selling point in advertising our product. We believe that we have product quality and feature advantages, and make sure that our pricing in our product will be cheaper but still the quality of our will be still be good. And make sure that our services will be fast and make sure the customer to be happy.

2.4.4 Maximize the Utilization of Resources Mango moto business focuses on how much time team members spend on various tasks. While there are multiple ways to measure resource utilization, the simplest and most common method is by taking the actual number of hours worked by a resource. Lower-thanexpected resource utilization often indicates that the project is overstaffed, or that incomplete tasks are blocking other scheduled tasks. If any of our tasks fall along the critical path, then deadlines will be missed, deliverables will be delayed, and costs will rise. We will make sure to balance the utilization of our resources so that they will

The only help the company could get from technology is an information about the company’s product existence. And by the use of social media, the people would be easily informed about the location were the product would be sold and how much does the product cost.

3.3.3 Economic Analysis The Philippines’ economy’s current state is not stable. The continuous increase of the dollar rate to peso affects the consumers a lot. Because this only means that it lessens their

However, the company is aware of any laws that is related on selling its product. The company does also make sure that the customer will be safe on availing the product.

The product would be served with an ecofriendly cup, and also the company would mainly focus on avoiding any indecent complains about having an unpleasant setting while they experience the company’s product.
