Labetalol, nitroprusside, enalapril Pathophysiology This occurs when weakened blood vessels rupture. Two weakened blood vessels cause this stroke which was aneurysms and arteriovenous malformations. They rupture and bleed into the surrounding brain. Objective: CT scan showed a large bleed near the frontal lobe, lethargy
