Overall, I was quite disappointed in my results of my diet through the 3- day analysis, but I will remain positive a think of this as a learning experience and that I can only improve from here. After seeing these results, I am more motivated to be stricter with my health journey and diet. However, I am proud of myself in regard to the mental health and physical activity aspect of the SMART Goals because I was able to consistently incorporate meditation and exercise into my diet and found a new hobby weightlifting. This project was an important I eye opener because I could see how my unhealthy habits or not drinking enough fluids and eating enough calories can affect my health in the long term. Even though, I didn’t reach my diet SMART goals consistently, I will continue to be positive because this is just the beginning to long health journey!...
