We the entrepreneurs of Grade 11 HUMSS ENERGETIC have decided to sell SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS to overcome the nutritional and digestion problem of CNHS students. In addition, we have offered this product to make our dear costumers happy. Why? It’s because every students is stressed and have a hard time in understanding their lessons. Our point is, despite of having a hard time in understanding our lessons there is this

SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS to make them feel comfort and loved every bite. We proposed this product to make our costumers healthy and their money worthy.

SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS offers yummy, festive and joyful sweetened balls. This is all time favorite would definitely sustain everyone’s cravings for sweet.

It is prepared easy but are rich. The product offers a sweet and melt-in-your-mouth snack in a reasonable price. These treats are popular not just during the holidays but year round, loved by young and old alike.

Our SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS are rolled id sprinkle candies. Also the product packaging is specially designed for gift-giving, perfect for any occasion SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS commits to give the healthier and more natural and best product it can serve. By maintaining the high quality standard, it will give the costumers the best taste. Only dedicated personnel will do the product and promise the best food preparation, sanitation and handling to give the accurate product that the costumers deserve. In this case, it will give the full integrity and sincerity to the best service to its clients.

CHAPTER II “EXECUTIVE SUMMARY” SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS is an innovated productmade by BALLSENSATION Company. The product is run by selected students of Grade 11HUMSS Energetic. The initial capital of this business will have 10,000 pesos coming from the said students by means of their savings. It is a home made product that can be sold in school canteens with a target of almost 5,000 students in CAGAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, including Senior High School. It promotes delicious sweets that can light up and stimulate your mood. The management and production of the product starts through estimation of initial capital, location, and its target costumers. Second is then purchasing of ingredients and raw materials of it.

SWEENETEND GRAHAM BALLS is a feasible and achievable product that a simple student can do. Also this product can improve the production and innovating skills of every student.

A. REASEARCH ANALYSIS  TARGET MARKET- the target market of the production is specifically the students who are cravings for sweet.  COMPETITORS- the prominent competitors are CNHS GRADE 11 students, CNHS school canteens, and local vendors located inside and outside of the school campus.

Because of its traditional sweetness and it’s not ordinary taste, however desserts can made on our house right now compare for the last set of years when we can only taste those cravings satisfier through buying on

establishments or business stalls. Moreover student are the keys on community future success, they need to study harder to improve the economic growth not only of the said town but for the whole country. So as an improvement the student-owners think a way to make a unique not ordinary homemade sweet product to gain more profit for school expenses and to help their fellow students through serving a nutritious sweet without getting a hard time on how or where could they find the product that can satisfy their need.

 PLACE SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS will be sold inside the campus of CAGAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

 PRICE SWEETENED GRAHAM BALLS would cost five pesos (Php 5.00) each ball.  PROMOTION Promotions offered includes get one free in buying ten pieces (10) of graham balls.

Below are marketing strategies which are used in selling the snacks;  ADVERTISING OF PRODUCT- fliers are given to costumers to give valuable information about graham balls together with free taste of snacks in the first week of selling the product. The fliers contain information such as mission, vision of the entrepreneurs, production process and graham balls facts. The entrepreneur also used friendly decorations to attract and promote graham balls inside the purchasing area.  LOW-COST MARKETING- The entrepreneurs had compute the lowest possible price that they can offer to increase the capacity of students to purchase graham balls products. Necessary adjustments to the price will also be done if the price of raw materials needed in the product either increases or decreases. Graham balls will be sold for five pesos each.  MEDIA MARKETING- The entrepreneurs shall utilize the availability of their own mobile cell phones in advertising of graham balls. Cold calls and ordering of snacks will be done through calls or messaging. Advertisements about graham balls will also done through posting in social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest to attract and inform costumers

C. TARGET MARKET The target markets of the production are specifically the students who are cravings for sweet. Other CNHS students who are also willing to eat graham balls are also included in the target market.

D. MARKET AREA The product will be sold inside CNHS specifically. Distribution areas are located outside SNHS and JNHS BUILDINGS.

E. STRIBUTION PROCESS The entrepreneurs are divided in to two teams and are assigned with the distribution areas located outside the SNHS and JNHS BUILDINGS. Specifically, the first team assigned to distribute in the JNHS while the other one is in the SNHS. Each team has its strategies and tactical schemes of distribution that includes direct selling, snack delivery, and etc.

“PRODUCTION PLAN”

Graham balls is a business selling of Ball sensation Company. The finished product will be placed on customized wrap to choose specific toppings. Graham balls are made in the production facility with clean and maintained equipments. Materials needed are harvested freshly and bought with precise carefulness for the welfare costumers. The production management is composed of the Grade 11-HUMSS ENERGETIC and each has their own part in the production scheme.

PROCEDURE IN MAKING GRAHAM BALLS

1.

In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and condensed milk. Blend well making sure it’s not too wet nor too dry.

2.

If it’s wet, add more crushed graham crackers. On the other hand, you may add more condensed milk if it’s too dry.

3.

Shape the mixture into one inch balls. Place a piece of chocolate candy or marshmallow inside.

4.

To garnish, roll the balls crushed graham crackers, sprinkles or mini-marshmallows.

5.

Chill the graham, balls before serving.
