Which courses do you anticipate being the most challenging? Explain why.

Actually at this point in time, the core courses I am looking forward to and I am not anticipating any challenges with the subjects. The class, MIN 430 – Ministerial Communication, I don't find intimidating because I used to conduct health insurance meetings for hundreds of state workers. The only class, that isn't listed, I will find challenging will be the Math Class, that is my weakest subject but I will utilize all the resources GCU has to offer to get me over the hurdle.

Spiritual Plan GCU is committed to integrating faith across all aspects of the GCU community, which stems from GCU’s mission to educate students from a Christian perspective and to prepare them for careers that honor God while serving others. Read through GCU’s “One Foundation” and watch the three videos of President Brian Mueller and Dean Jason Hiles, “Integration of Faith, Learning, and Work,” “Ethical Positions Statement,” and “Doctrinal Statement Introduction,” located at http://www.gcu.edu/about-gcu/christian-identity-andheritage.php What did you takeaway from these videos? How can you apply this to your

I gathered from these videos that Grand Canyon University is an interdenominational university that has diverse Biblical Christian traditions that honor and emulate Jesus Christ in all you say and do.

experience while at GCU? (50-100 words)

I can apply this to my experience here at Grand Canyon University by allowing my online education to be a product of this diverse biblical tradition by cultivating core doctrines and practice faith, honoring and emulating Jesus Christ in all that I say and do.

What does service outside of the classroom mean to you? How can you apply service while at GCU? (50-100 words)

Service outside of the classroom, to me, means if I am not in the classroom, I will still honor the GCU One Foundation of the Ethical and Doctrinal Statements because to me its almost like the Code of Conduct. Even though I am not physically on the campus, I am still protected. The way these two statements can be applied is by being patient with one another, gentleness, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain unity of the spirit in the Lord of peace. Finding my purpose, shaping my perspective by embracing and integrating a distinctive Christian worldview.

Even if you have completed an assessment such as this in the past, it is good to reassess yourself every so often to reevaluate your goals, focus, and direction based on your growth. 3. Archivist - An archivist determines what portion of information produced by government agencies, businesses and educational institutions should be classified and put into historical records in libraries and museums. The information may be printed documents, photographs or computerized data. Based on my results, the surprises that I found were the Accounting Clerk and Actuary, actually I am more shocked, floured and dumbfounded than ever. The song I have been singing on a few assignments we had was that my worst subject is Math and that I am going to need all the help I can get for this subject. But low and behold, the top three career possibilities for me have to do with math, I find this to be so amazingly unbelievable. I am in such a state of shock, I don't know if I need to take the assessment over again or just go with the flow thinking (in the back of my mind) maybe I'm not that bad in math. Well, whether the assessment was accurate or not, I am going to do my very best at whichever field I decide to go in (still in shock) because I will have my Heavenly Father guiding me along the way as well as my daughter cheering me on and with that support system, I'll be able to do anything I set my mind to. After completing my Bachelors of Arts in Christian Studies, I would like to get my Masters as well as my Doctoral degrees....
