Writing a personal mission and vision statement can be helpful in various ways. Writing a personal mission and vision statement "offers the opportunity to establish what’s important and perhaps make a decision to stick to it before we even start a career" (Carpenter et al., 2010, p.208). Therefore, I decided to write my own mission and vision statements. 1. Past success:  Finished High School 

From my point of view, made a list of the most important statement. 2. Identify Core Values.  Creativity  Hard-working  I created a list of the characteristics that could describe me as a person.

3: Identify Contributions.  My family: To make my family’s life happy, and make them proud of me.  

My friends: Confirm my loyalty, love for my friends, and always show my openness, I m already to help them wherever they need me. I've examined how I want and how I can better contribute to the world in general, my family and my friends.

4: Identify Goals.  Short-term: To continue my studies at UoPeople and achieve excellent results.  Long-term: To start my own business and be a successful business-women  I've understood my short-term and long-term goals since I established who I want and how I can contribute to the world around me. 5. Write Mission & Vission Statements.  

Mission Statement: to learn as many new interesting things as possible.

 Vision Statement: To use my skills and passion to create my own company. I understood myself better after taking all the previous steps and was able to write my mission and vision statements.
