My Strengths (Skills)

Organize

I like everything in order. I have organized many social and environmental campaigns in the past with my team. Moreover, I keep all the course material, house sitting, and at the workplace everything organized. For example, all the assignments, project works and other related material of our 1st semester saved in my laptop in a well-organized way.

Analyze

I am analytical by nature so I am good to interpret the data, observing the things, brainstorming which makes me a problem solver. That was the reason that all the numerical parts of our group assigned work always be on my part.

Work with numbers

Since my childhood, I have a keen interest in numbers so I love mathematics and accounting. Therefore, I have completed my MBA in finance. For example, in 1 st semester, we have a course “Accounting and Financial Management” in which I have 93% grade.

Fast Learner

I have the ability to learn quickly, understand the new concepts and apply them correctly. During MBA 2 month internship in the finance department of VERKA milk plant, Bathinda, India, I learn all the work within 1 week for this I have received a good working award.

Collaborate

I am open-minded to accept new things and my communication with everyone is always very clear and thoughtful. This skill makes me perfect in working with a team. The best example of this skill is our class group for the program. There is no conflict among us and we all cooperate with each other.

A problem solver

As analytical thinking and interpreting the numerical data are my key skills which helps me to solve the problems. This personal quality will help the employer to solve the adverse existing and upcoming obstacles.

Practical

I am a very practical person as I always focus on the results. I am a realist and have some clear goals. I do not care what others say about me. According to me, this will help the employer to achieve their expectations from my work and to achieve their long term objectives.

Empathetic

I am completely aware of the emotions of others and how to build a relationship with them. This quality makes me customer-oriented and a good team player which will definitely help the employer.

I am the person how looks at the bigger picture. Rather than just seeing the outcomes, I always study the root causes of the problem this skill will also help the employer to predetermine future issues.

In my Education, I have completed my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Marketing, Bachelor in Arts, A three-year Diploma in Dairy Farming. Now I am pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in “Sustainable Business Management”.

Volunteering

I have worked with a social welfare club in India, the name of our club is “Jago Leher” which means awareness movement. We used to organize the environmental and social awareness campaigns in our village. Every year, we used to plant the trees. I learn many skills like teamwork, organize events, public speaking, etc.
