Job 1 Date Posted: 2021-03-03 Job Title: Food & Beverage Unit Leader Company: Wet ‘N’ Wild Location: Brampton, Canada Department: Revenue Division: Food & Beverage Reports To: Unit Supervisor Availability: 20-40 Hours/Week (weekdays, weekends, holidays) JOB PURPOSE: The Food & Beverage Unit Leader will be in charge of all facets of their assigned stand's regular operations. The Unit Leader will also assist their supervisor with team training and coaching, including to ensuring team members uphold uniform standards, are mindful of and follow all Wet 'n' Wild policies, and setting a good example for other employees by leading by example. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •

Will be guided to ensure a smooth and profitable operation?



Assist in the preparation and instruction of personnel assigned to their unit.



Would put in place a robust sanitation programme.



Rotate and mark food stock to ensure proper inventory movement. Keep all employees up to date on park practises and policies. Assist upper management in maintaining contact with employees and vice versa.



Resolve concerns and suggestions from guests.



Take care of all consumer issues. (Inform management if there are any problems in this area.)



Will place orders for all stand equipment and food, as well as a weekly closing inventory sheet. Maintain the Food & Beverage Supervisor's par levels by ordering food from the Warehouse.



On all food products, there is a focus on quality and portion control.



Ensures that all employees are dressed appropriately and that the park hygiene standards are followed. Responsible for cash control, making sure all registers balance at the end of the night.



Ensures that all team members are adhering to the company's ideals and fulfilling our task.



Comply with all COVID-19 health and safety protocols as defined by public health standards and company policy.
