The multiple ways you can servant leadership program is by listening in to others' suggestions. Additionally, by being empathic to your colleague's experiences and regularly join situations with an open mentality. A servant leader must be mindful of their unity and vulnerability, and must have the

option of recognizing productive feedback. Furthermore, the Servant initiative functions from an utterly good point of view. There are several ways you can demonstrate servant leadership. My favorite is listening to others' suggestions. Often as a people, we become selfish even in professional environments. Being empathic to your colleague's experiences and regularly having an open mindset about differences of opinion in situations is vital. A servant leader must be able to show vulnerability while showing qualities of commanding others to make the best decisions. As a Christian university, we should follow the example given to us in Jesus Christ. In every situation, Christ leads in a humble and strong way while protecting vulnerabilities in his followers. He is a great leader to emulate. In addition, you should display an honest amount of concern, willing experience, and natural atmosphere both within and outside the affiliation you are working with to become a persuasive servant leader. The servant leader allows their followers to grow and flourish, in return helping to fulfill the definitive vision and mission. Servant authority is the most helpful administration style in every field especially business. Grand Canyon University leaders demonstrate these qualities on the daily with constant encouragement while pushing students to achieve the best quality work in courses. I can remember conversations with my counselor and how they were led to promote my progress in my future career goals. After explaining my ambitions and aspirations, my counselor gave me the proper information to get registered and degree recommendations for starting my journey. I believe this is a great example of servant leadership since their objective is helping students while leading us to the correct course of action.

Based on the Topic resources, in your opinion, what is the best piece of advice? How will this help you in your career and personal life? How would implementing this advice affect your personal and professional integrity?

In my opinion the best piece of advice on this week’s study material is learning the idea of servant leadership. After reviewing the article "Leadership, Leadership Styles, and Servant Leadership," by Gandolfi and Stone, I’ve learned one of the main differences between servant leadership compared to other leadership style is servant leadership focus first on the ability of the people then follows on the success of the mission and goals, whereas only completing objectives is important in other forms of

leadership. If we try to adopt the qualities of a servant leadership, it is going to make a positive impact on our career and personal life development. It will not only help us to grow professionally but personally as well. Some qualities of a good leader are to be a person who keeps their word, owning up to your mistakes therefore for the betterment of their followers or employees, and to motivate others to share their views and ideas without any hesitation. Servant leadership is also dependent on integrity. Leaders must be transparent and be trustworthy to gain loyalty which is a key goal to becoming successful in pursing goals as a team. Professionally, servant leadership is not a challenge for me due to my helpful personality but personally, it is not as easy. I like to dominate my home and the idea of servant leadership could really help to achieve a positive way getting things done. I tend to speak with sarcastic undertones with people I am comfortable with, but I learned this week to apply the servant mindset universally....
