It is mostly an influential process. Leadership is also described as the process through which the tasks linked to group members are directed and influenced. (Benedict XVI, A. & Karl, A.). The process of channelling human resources efforts towards organisational goals was also described. (Schermerhorn). Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Shah bin Syed Nor Albukhary is the leaders that I select. LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS

Excellent Leadership Qualities Great leaders are not born, but the characteristics that distinguish the best and contribute to success may be cultivated and improved through time. There are seven most important behaviors in a great leader. Being grounded in ethics and integrity, both are characteristics of the most effective leaders, who are sincerely dedicated to doing the right thing for the right reasons, even if it is difficult or controversial to do so. This emphasises the necessity of sticking to strong values and professional standards consistently. Bringing others along, it is critical to assist others in growing and achieving, and the finest leaders function as both coaches and instructors in this endeavour. Understanding each person's unique needs, abilities, and aspirations necessitates looking at them as individuals and treating them as such. At the same time, working with people to help them discover what they do well and strategies to develop their assets is required. Building trust, this is not something that a leader is accustomed to. It is something that the most successful individuals recognise as essential. As a result, people do things that win them esteem. Rather of making unilateral decisions, they include others in decision-making that affects them. They are constant and unambiguous, so subordinates know what to expect and can rely on them. Successful leaders conduct in such a way that others are delighted to be associated with them. Making decisions, a choice can be made by anyone. However, it takes a strong leader to make difficult decisions with authority and confidence. Balancing emotion with reason, collecting feedback from others to ensure the move forward is well-informed, and acting with authority are the keys to success here. Even when actions are controversial, a leader who honestly conveys the reasons behind them is more likely to succeed in the long run. Inspiring those around you, the most effective leaders have a vision that inspires others to follow them. However, it is not just the vision for whatever future, goal, or purpose inspires. What matters is that you communicate it with passion and energy, and that you back it up with strong beliefs and principles. It is a question of

enthralling others so that they are equally involved and elevated by being a part of something larger and better. Encouraging innovation, innovative businesses allow their employees to spread their creative wings. Leaders who foster the art of "possibility" thinking and looking at situations from multiple angles, and who explain how such techniques have worked for them, create the culture that allows this to happen. The most effective leaders also recognise the need of teaching people to be more inventive via questioning, observing, experimenting, and networking, and to that end, ensuring that workers have work time each week to pursue creative pursuits outside of the workplace. Reward achievement, nobody wants their hard work and successes to go unnoticed. The greatest leaders create a habit of recognising those who contribute to the organisation, and they do so in a timely and appropriate manner. This might be represented in the form of a monetary award or public recognition. In any case, it is the responsibility of a leader to not only define and communicate precise expectations, but also to demonstrate what occurs when those goals are met. Most significantly, when this occurs, the finest leaders deliver on their promises.

8

LEADERSHIP POWER The effect that a leader has on his followers is referred to as leadership power. This persuades people to support their efforts and comply with their requests. Leadership requires influence since leaders cannot exist without it. It is also an important aspect of power and authority. Power and authority are sometimes used interchangeably, although their definitions differ. Power is defined as one's ability to exert influence on others. It refers to the capacity to accomplish a goal with the assistance of others. The right to wield power is referred to as authority.

9

CONCLUSION In conclusion, leadership was important to us because it brings so many positive things. As what we can see here, Tan Sri Syed Al Bukhary have leadership behaviors. Almost everything depends on him, in particular financial requirements, in his family. So, we must learn how to be a good leader for ourselves and also for other people surrounding us. It will make people being respect to you and have a good perspection to you.
