Description

5.- Conclusion Throughout the development of this project we could find some points that we found very interesting to highlight on the written and subject in general. First of all, we must admit that although we had studied subjects about the purchasing and supply chain of a company, we had never realized how difficult and extensive that is the development and analysis of a supplier because of the fact that from this depends the whole success or failure of the company. From the paragraphs which seem very simple to that seems to need more dedication, all are very important and have their difficulty. We believe this project was of much help for a better understanding of the concepts, processes and thinking about the choices about to made, that we have learned throughout the course, in addition to that gave us a better vision of how to handle the large supplier chains of the company in the area of human resources, as is the case of Heineken. In addition to the previously mentioned, we also think it has been very clear to us what some earlier semesters have been telling us and repeating many times, all or many of the purchases concepts are linked, and although they seem to be not so useful, or that are very simple, are always going to be used from day to day in the purchasing area and the supply chain management area of companies. That is why although we are not sure about these areas where short in the future we would like to work, although we must also admit that neither purchases nor supply chain management, at least at this time, would not be among of our top choices, but despite all of that, we believe they are essential to this type of work which help us to clearly understand its contents, for those who do not know, and maybe in a few years we ended up working in the area of supply chain management, and that is why we know the importance of that this project that we enjoyed and was very helpful.
