(Roughly 9 minutes into the video) Do you think that people benefit from living with multiple generations of family members in the same household? How could living with multiple generations of family members negatively impact an individual? Explain your answers using specific examples. (5-7 sentences. 10 points possible) Begin your response here: People can benefit from living with multiple generations of family members in the same household. When you live with your grandparents and your parents you get to live in a household that supports your daily living. You get help and advice from both parents and grandparents. It helps the family financially when they stay together. Even though multigenerational families have their advantages it also has disadvantages. This can negatively impact an individual if the household is very toxic. Majority of the time multi-generational families are very traditional and when someone does not seem fit or goes with their morals and values they can be seen as an outcast. It also diminishes privacy, each person who lives together will have less personal space than if they lived separately

such a community? What are some negative aspects of living in such a community? (5-7 sentences. 10 points possible) Begin your response here: I will not live there because I don’t want to share a kitchen with anyone. When I’m in the kitchen I don’t like other people being there when I am making something to eat. I also want my own apartment for me, myself, and I. The benefits of living in such a community are that your neighbors are like your family and there is a lot of social communication. Negative aspects of living in such a community lack of privacy and there is probably a lot of rules. Most of the time those communities lack diversity and are probably more expensive....
