Jacob Tyler, no around the 90’s it was called Vivid Commerce 2. Where is the agency located? 1. San Diego California 3. When did the agency start and who were its founders? 1. The founder name is Les Kollegian. The agency started in the 90’s 4. Approximately how many people does the agency employ? 1. 30 people that are employed in the company 5. What are some of the largest and/or most prominent departments within the agency? 1. AT&T, Sony, Marriot, U.S Department of Defense, university of Maryland and many more 6. Who are some of the agency’s largest or most well-known clients? 1. AT&T, Sony 7. What categories does this agency focus on? Automotive, beauty, education, etc.? 1. I would say that they don’t really have a main focus. 8. Have they won any awards for their advertisements? If so, what were they? 1. Two top advertising awards for best medical website design and best game website design. 9. Has the agency ever been involved in controversy for the advertisements they created? If so, what was it? 1. As of what I have seen from my research. I do not see any involvement in controversial advertisement. 10. What are this agency’s policies and initiatives around diversity and inclusion? 11. Provide a minimum of three examples of some of their advertisements. I like the web design of Jacobs tyles and you can see in all three cases from just looking at the design and interface that they have worked their hardest to make it so that it appeals to the users on the website, but also easy to use 12. Is this an agency you would consider interning or working at? Why or why not? 1. yes thought it is not the ideal job I want. I would say yes because I want to have the experience of creating websites that would fit with in the requirements. 13. What is the agency’s “secret sauce” or selling proposition? Wang 2 Industry Profile Jacob Tyler is the business that I have wanted to do. Les Kollegian first called the business Vibrant Commerce in the days around the late 90s. This is because he found the "graphic designer with a strong interactive design and development background" is a perfect name for Vibrant Commerce (Kollegian). Nevertheless, when making this name, Les Kollegian did not give it much consideration. With his son in mind and is almost born into the world well as the business begging to start off. in 2003, Les Kollegian changed the company's name. That's when Jacob Tyler decides to rebrand his company, which is also the name he gave to his son. Jacob Tyler is located in California's San Diego area. The compan have been up and booming for the past two decades, up until now. It seems there are about 30 people in the business who are working in the company, according to my report. Thought it seems like Jacob Tyler has few employees, the company had worked in several industries from hotels to the army. AT&T, Sony, Marriot, the U.S. Department of Defense, the University of Maryland and several others are a few examples that the company has worked with. Thought, I will say they are currently better known for their web projects, based on the work experience and awards they have shown on their website. That because the website of Jacob Tyler showed more of their web concept than other tactics and what I have found is that they don't really have a main focused when it comes to companies they work on. I like the web design of Jacobs tyles as you can see in all three examples from just looking at the design and layout that they have tried their hardest to create everything so that it relates to the individuals who go on the website but at the same time it is easy to navigate through the website. Best Medical Website Design and Best Game Website Design were the awards that Jacob Tyler got in 2015. The two companies they worked for at the time were "SeaSpine, a medical device and orthobiologics company based in Southern California, which was awarded as Best Medical Web Design" and the company for the award for game website design is PantheonRise of the Fallen. I couldn't find any controversy from what I have study about any of their ads they have made. This is most likely since they are more on web designs aspect rather than video-like ads. But I might be wrong. jHowever, on that note, based on the research that I have put together I would say that I would like to join this company. However, it my not be my ideal job that I want

Wang 6 since I want to do more of the video aspect of advertising. I will say yes because I would like to have the opportunity of designing websites that fit the criteria. So by joining Jacob Tyler it would allow me to achieve learning how to design websites. at the same time I will get the exposure I need by working with them and I'd learn a lot from them.
