Dear Mr. Jose Herrera In response to your announcement published on the website of his company Constructora San José, i have written in order to send you my Curriculum Vitae to aspire to the vacancy in Construction Management in the southern part of the country.

In addition to the requirements you ask for, i have a BIM Management in Civil Engineering, Infrastructures and GIS, where I have a good academic record and a high level of English, at currently i'm studying a BIM Master Manager.

As a personal comment, my father was an architect engineer and since I was 8 years old I have known the work environment.

I consider myself a responsible person, perfect for this Construction Management job and with my proactive work collaborate in the continuous development of its prestigious and market leader such as construction San José.

The goal of my career as an Engineer is to demonstrate creativity, initiative, leadership, responsibility and ethics in all areas of construction where I can provide innovative solutions that are in line with the current market, but also I’m a person who like to have a healthy and peaceful life. I usually do sports 3 times a week, sometimes I run or swim in an Olympic pool, which helps me relax my stress levels and makes me a more focused person at work. I have been on a balanced diet for several years, low in sugars and condiments and this be able to control a good physical condition.
