Have something done It’s used to indicate when someone else is doing something for you. Differences between: - I cut my hair → you cut your hair on your own - I had my hair cut → somebody else cut your hair Note: difference between: I had my haircut VS. I had my hair cut (noun VS. verb → past participle) Remember: 1. You are not doing the action; somebody else is 2. Primary verb is HAVE 3. Secondary verb is always conjugated in the past participle form 4.
